D&B Engineers and Architects Broadens Operations with Nine New Hires
D&B Engineers and Architects, a leading engineering and consulting organization specializing in civil and environmental engineering, water supply and construction management founded in 1965 that is headquartered in Woodbury, NY, has increased its employee roster by hiring nine new employees from Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Westchester County.
D&B President Steven A. Fangmann commented, “Despite the many upheavals within the sector in 2020, D&B has continued our steady growth in this, our 55th year of operation. I’m pleased to say that our nine new employees add significant expertise and hands-on experience that enable us to expand services to our municipal and private sector clients.”
Here are the nine new hires who have joined the D&B Engineers and Architects team:
Christina Berardi Tuohy, P.E. of Huntington, NY is a Water Supply Senior Associate with D&B Engineers and Architects. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to D&B Engineers and Architects she worked as a Senior Engineer at Arcadis of New York, Inc. in Melville, NY.
Andrew Marrandino of Lynbrook, NY joins D&B Engineers and Architects as a Water Supply Engineer. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Engineering with a B.S. in Ecological Engineering. This position with D&B Engineers and Architects marks Mr. Marrandino’s first industry situation following graduation.
Alexandra Glorioso Gibson of Plainview, NY joins D&B Engineers and Architects as a Proposal Coordinator I in D&B’s Woodbury marketing department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and previously worked as a Lead Proposal Manager at Planate Management Group in Alexandria, Virginia before coming to D&B Engineers and Architects.
A graduate of University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Ryan Neilan of Long Beach, NY is a Water Supply Senior Engineer with D&B Engineers and Architects. Prior to D&B Engineers and Architects he was a Resident Engineer at AECOMPM/CM Group in Brooklyn, NY.
Kelly Kiernan of Valley Stream, NY joins D&B Engineers and Architects as a Water Supply Engineer. She is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale with a B.S. in Construction Management. This position with D&B Engineers and Architects marks Ms. Kiernan’s first industry situation following graduation.
Leah Miramontes, EIT of Lake Grove, NY has been hired by D&B Engineers and Architects as a Water Supply Engineer. She is a graduate of University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Before D&B Engineers and Architects she was a Civil Design Engineer at Key Civil Engineering, P.C. in Holtsville, NY.
Kathryn DeVita of Ronkonkoma, NY is Proposal Coordinator I in D&B Engineers and Architects’ Woodbury marketing department. A graduate of SUNY Empire State where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, Ms. DeVita previously worked as a Proposal Manager at LiRo Engineers, Inc. in Syosset, NY before joining D&B.
Allen Fok, P.E. of Queens, NY was hired as a Water Supply Engineer with D&B Engineers and Architects. Mr. Fok is a graduate of Manhattan College with a M.S. in Environmental Engineering. Prior to D&B Engineers and Architects he worked at Roux Environmental Engineer & Geology, D.P.C. in Islandia, NY.
Majid Ali Mahmood of Poughkeepsie, NY is an Architect with D&B Engineers and Architects. He is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Architecture. Prior to D&B Engineers and Architects he worked as an Architectural Technician/Assistant Project Manager at Swartz Architecture, D.P.C. in Poughkeepsie, NY.
