Their benevolence, in honor of dad Bill Janetschek, a great Boston Red Sox and NY Mets fan, has resulted in a positive for baseball fans the world over. The dynamite new exhibit “A Whole New Ballgame” at the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in Cooperstown New York opened to the public on November 7. The celebration was hosted by MLB Hall Of Famer Carlton “Pudge” Fisk, a former Boston Red Sox catcher and Cincinnati Reds closer Rawley Eastwick.
The permanent exhibit traces baseball history from1970 to the present and is well worth the trip for aficionados of all sports. Numerous artifacts such as player jerseys, balls, bats, vintage photos of memorable events and players and video clips of some of the most exciting moments of baseball history adorn the gallery. Visitors will not be disappointed.
