Giving Back at CCNY

D&B Senior Engineer, Stephen Laun, P.E. and D&B Project Engineer, Shawn Cochran recently went to the “head of the class” at City College of New York (CCNY) as instructors of a water supply class.
The focus of the class was water supply engineering on Long Island, and it was developed to introduce students to the different specializations within the civil engineering profession. The curriculum included discussions of relevant experience in the industry, recent water treatment projects and involvement with professional organizations (such as American Water Works Association).
